This family was such a joy to photograph! I loved getting to meet the Galvez family this past summer and photograph some last portraits of them as a family of three before baby sister made her debut. The grass and trees were so lush and green, it made it hands down worth being outside in the Louisiana heat. It was a pretty hot summer day but they rocked their session! Miss Olivia kept us laughing the whole time, she was so stinking cute and has the biggest, most radiant smile. And we can't forget about how this beautiful mama is just glowing! Aren't they such a beautiful family?!
I can never stress it enough that the best images are when families come ready to show up and just PLAY with their kiddos and go with the flow, it always shines through the final images.A tip for keeping young kiddos and toddlers happy: it can help tremendously to come to the session with a full tummy to prevent the grumps (it might even help with teenagers and adults, let's be honest, haha!) If needed, you can always bring some non-messy snacks (cheerios, puffs, etc) to eat if they need a break or two. I am excited to share baby Vivian's newborn session soon, they also turned out so beautiful! I am so happy for this sweet new family of four.
