This was such a precious couple that I was privileged to work with this past summer, when Lynnse and Ben became parents for the first time to a sweet baby girl. Lynnse reached out to capture her maternity portraits in May and then lifestyle newborn photos once their baby was born later that summer. Spring is one of my favorite times of year for outdoor portraits, as it is starting to get green and lush outside and, as a nice bonus, it's not quite as hot and humid yet!
Lynnse and Ben's outfits were perfect for spring maternity photos outdoors, the soft colors complemented the green background so well. They actually waited to find out if they were having a boy or a girl until their baby was born, which is so much fun! It couldn't have more perfect that they wore soft pink for their maternity session after having their baby girl, Annie. It was meant to be! They were as kind and sweet as they look and were so easy-going for all my prompts and ideas.
We took their maternity session on their family land in Frierson, La, and it was such a pretty backdrop! It was such a gorgeous plot of land that had a variety of backgrounds, as well as their in-laws home that had so many photo opportunities. It is always so special to capture portraits at a location that means something to you!
